A virus turns most of Japan’s citizens into violent zombies. After escaping his mutated and bloodthirsty girlfriend, comic artist Hideo joins young student Hiromi on her quest to find refuge. Combining gory visuals, an action-driven plot, and an effective mix of drama and humor, I AM A HERO is without a doubt one of the freshest additions to the zombie genre in years.
